Lumenis LightSheer Embedded Computer Board CPU Upgrade Does your 400 mS LightSheer have an E3 Error Code - Persistent Data Error? Then the CPU memory has failed and the board needs to be replaced with this embedded computer board. We offer a $250 credit for sending us your failed board and will provide free return shipping for continental US customers. Because this is a new, never installed board the software is still "unlocked". This means that you can select from the 4 models by just pressing the "Model" button in the Setup screen. The appropriate default setup values will also be loaded for each mode. The 4 screenshots above are all from the same board as the model selections were cycled through. No worries that when you install a board you may find it is for an EP and not the XC you need! Once the first calibration is done the board will then be "locked" to the model selected and will no longer be able to be changed. If you want to upgrade a 100mS unit, you will need this board as well as an upgraded PWA controller board. See our other listings for the controller board.
