Stool has a label on the bottom showing Hudson Department Stores, Hudson, Mass. Based on my research Hudson's was a large department store based out of Detroit, MI with several other chain store's. Over the years in merged and was acquired by several department stores to include Macy's & Target. Footstool shows sign of light use with minor scratches and a bit of fraying on the trim which could be glued back in place. Dates from the mid to late 20th Century.
