One of the last models manufactured by Fisher before the sale of the company to Emerson. Everything works as it should. The sound is powerful, clear and undistorted. All the controls and functions work, with no crackles, noise, hum or intermittent signal. All inputs work without problems. All switches and pots were recently cleaned with Deoxit and operate smoothly. Tested and played for two days with cd player, phono, tuner, cassette deck and headphones. Downsizing my personal collection. The black metal cover has a few light scratches. The steel chassis is bright with minor spotting. There are no nicks or dents on the case, faceplate or cover. There is a slight ripple around the opening for the headphone jack. All stenciling on the faceplate is sharp with no wear; likewise for the rear panel. The fuse holder and top AC convenience outlet have a small line of plastic cracked off along the perimeter of the ridge, (see last photo) but both are operational without hazard.
