Jean Pouyat Limoges 1890-1932 JPL France 6 Seashell Cabinet Plates 7 1/2 inch - $265 - (Albany, OR)

This listing is for the 6 cabinet plates featuring underwater scenes with seashells that you see in the photos. I purchased them at an estate sale where I was not told their history. Some research tells me that the JPL marks stand for Jean Pouyat Limoges and indicate that they were made circa 1890-1932. Each plate measures close to 7 ½ inches diameter and weighs close to 9 ounces. The condition is much like you see it in the photos. They are in excellent condition with no damage. I guarantee these plates to be as described and represented by the photos. The photos are part of the description. Please look at all of them. Please know that the lighting in my photos is uneven and that there are shadows and reflections. The colors on my monitor look close to but not exactly like the actual colors.
