The toy works well with one wobbly rear wheel. It has minor scuffs and scratching with below average play wear. Pluto has a small crack in his left paw where it attaches to handlebars. The box has wrinkles, loss, and wear, it is missing one small flap on the bottom and the other two bottom flaps have been reattached. A few tears in the box also.
