Have here a really nice Vivitar IVL-2 Video Light Kit. It includes the light, a V55 Battery, CC-1 Charging Clip, BC-1 Charging Cord, tool for removing bulb, manuals, and the original box. It is in like new condition(see pictures). Not sure if it was ever used. The battery, the clip, and the charger were still plastic. We charged the battery to try it out and as you can see from the one picture it works great. The manuals are in great shape like they have never been read. The box shows very little wear(see pictures). Just a really nice light for your camera or if you are just looking for a good battery & charger.
