Kenwood KD500 Direct Drive Marble Turntable Record Player w AT 1005 II Tonearm - $500 - (Loris, SC)

Heavy duty direct drive turntable with a marble base. This one works and sounds fantastic - but the tonearm, a $250 upgrade, needs some height adjustment / tinkering. It uses an extra hanging weight and this sometimes interferes with the cue lever. I've not tried to adjust it any - just got it to play. -- The controls and buttons on the turntable all work, but this is sold as is - no returns - because of the tonearm issue. The price reflects the going rate for the parts - base and tonearm, if bought separately.
