Vintage Black Forest Carved Bear c. 1930's - $39 - (Seattle, WA)

This charming Black Forest carved bear probably dates to the 1930's. He has glass eyes and a great old patina and would look great on a desktop in a mountain cabin. It is carved walnut and probably was carved in Switzerland. The bear is 6" long 3.5" tall and 2.75" thick. Some of the high spots have minor wear and one back leg has a seam where it was originally joined, came loose and was thenreglued (not at all distracting!).
