Vintage Wooden Leatherworking Mallet Tool - $12 - (St Stephen, MN)

Vintage Wooden Leatherworking Mallet In very good condition. I bought this and other leather making tools at an estate sale recently. I am not a leather worker. There is a 5 stamped in the head of the mallet. I don't exactly know what this means. I weighed the mallet and it weighs about 5 .6 ounces. I have a few other leather tools listed and will be listing several more as well as some rolls of belt leather in the near future. MORE MEASUREMENTS AS REQUESTED. Total length- 9 3/4". Head diameter 1 1/2". Head length 4". Diameter of handle at base is 7/8". Weight 5.6 ounces Email if there are any questions.
