Louis Vuitton Extremely Rare wastebasket From 1970's desk set - $5,000 - (North Hollywood, CA)
From the late 70's and very early 80's a LV monogram wastebasket that was sold with the LV monogram desk set. In great vintage condition, some spotting on the interior, was used as a (gasp!) actual wastebasket without a liner! Exterior looks good, a few marks but no rips or scuffs that break the monogram fabric. Measures approx 10.5 height and about 8.5 in diameter. Slightly oval because of being in storage see detailed pictures, item is sold as is and all sales are final, no international shipping. Absolutely authentic, was verified by the LV staff in Las Vegas. Exclusive item to the desk set and not currently in production. There were very few made and they are quite rare, kind of the ultimate in luxe- throwing your trash into LV.
