Rare Antique ES Ritchie Compass Civil War Patent 1863 w/ Box Riggs & Bro Philade - $250 - (Richlands, VA)

Rare, antique ES Ritchie compass. April 7, 1863 patent date. Has a few other later dates inscribed also as pictured. Compass measures 8 1/2" diameter to outside edge. Box measures 11" x 11" x 4 1/4". Box is very solid. Compass can be removed. Liquid has been drained from compass. Solid with some wear. Inside center is marked "Sold by Riggs & Bro, Philadelphia." Check out my store.
