Vintage Cotton Blend Fabric Maroon Green Blue Stripe 1 1/3 Yd/44" - $6 - (Knoxville, TN)

This listing is for 1 1/3 yards of new vintage 44" wide fabric, with an additional 27” x 36” remnant. This appears to be a cotton blend; however there is nothing on the fabric itself to indicate this. There is no manufacturing info on the selvage edge. This is a striped green, maroon, and blue color. The colors are muted and I am having difficulty showing the true colors in the photos as I have to use flash. It is overcast and I do not have access to natural light to give the true representation. I would personally say it is olive green, with the maroon stripe being almost rust colored; the blue is not as bright as a royal. The fabric’s condition is excellent, though very wrinkled. There is a paper sticker on one of the selvage edges. Removed this from a family member’s estate and it has probably been in storage 25+ years. It is a remnant from some project. There is 1 1/3 full yards of 44” width, and an additional remnant that measures 27” x 36” at the narrowest dominions. I have attempted to show this with the photos. This fabric is from a non-smoking home. There is a faint “stale” smell due to length of time in storage; however the use of borax laundry additive in the initial wash cycle should remove it. As would be expected, there are fold marks from lying in storage. Please refer to photographs to make your own determination of quality.
