New old stock from a fabric store. We have not done anything to this item except to take pictures. It may need washing to remove sticker spots. There may be small pin holes in some. There may be pricing on edge of panels from retailers and manufacturers. There may be the beginning of a fray on a hem or overcast hem here or there.
