Up for sale is this rare antique Navajo Wedding basket with Spider Woman crosses. The basket is 12.5" in diameter and 2.75" high. This is a rare previously owned Navajo Wedding basket with 7 Spider woman crosses, in very good condition. There is some color faded on the back of the basket and two small areas of missing stiches, one on the front and one on the back (see Photos). I acquired this basket in a collection of 20 Navajo Wedding baskets from Flagstaff, Arizona. I was told that the oldest basket in the collection was from the 1920's and this one looked like it was the oldest basket in the collection.
