Fenton 1970 Carnival Christmas Plate The Little Brown Church In The Vale - $23 - (Brenham, TX)

This beautiful 1970 Fenton Christmas plate is 7 1/2" across.  This carnival glass plate is purple or amethyst in color.   If has a church on the front with a tree on both sides.  Under the church it says:  "The Little Brown Church in the Vale".  Around the edge of the plate is Holly. On the back is: Fenton in an oval circle.  "Christmas in America - No. 1 - There's a church in the valley by the wildwood.  No lovelier spot in the dale.  No place is so dear to my childhood.  As the little brown church in the vale. - WILLIAM'S S. PITTS 1865 - Bradford, Iowa". It is never to early to start your Christmas Shopping.  This plate is in very good condition.  There are not cracks or chips.
