Beginner Safe FamilyHusbandTrail Horse - $1,200 - (Clio, MI)

Toby is a beginner safe trail husband or family horse. He is around sixteen years old. He has a puppy dog personality and is a big goober. We have been using him in our lesson program with beginner riders. He is LAZY and NOT spooky. I have driven a four wheeler by him from behind at full speed when he was on the trail alone and he didnt even bat an eye. He is completely sound but has low heels in front and is receiving corrective natural barefoot trimming to correct the issue and he is doing good! He will sometimes stand with his fetlock flexed due to the heel. This improves with every trim. He has been seen by our veterinarian and there are no soundness concerns. He is best suited to a trail horse lesson horse 4h pleasure horse. He has had a lot of training in western pleasure trail riding and has been shown. Toby is available for adoption through our private community rescue program. He came from a loving home. His adoption payment will support our other rescues.
