3 Vintage Faux Pearl Tassels Japan - $5 - (Waterfall, PA)
This offering is for 3 very lovely vintage tassels.Made in Vintage Japan. They are flexible little pearl tassels. They were hand strung with thread and stitched on to the metal base which has a metal post for attaching to all kinds of wonderful things. Each tassel has 14 little dangles. Each dangle has little 2mm pearls with a slightly larger, 2.8mm pearl in the tip as an added accent. These are vintage, and some or all will have some tarnish on the metal, please see close-ups below.Placing a bead cap over the base would be an option. They were wrapped in their original factory package and it seems that the little pearls have not aged. Approximate measurements of the tassel itself, not including the metal post 40mm (1-1/2").
