Join Volturno's team for a special, hands-on pasta-making class on the 1st Wednesday of the month.Enjoy bites of delicious antipasti and regional Italian wine pairings as you learn the art of handmade pasta-making. Each class will focus on a different type of pasta and provide guests with their own station to create their very own dish.At the chef's table ($100/person), work alongside Chef Joshua Swerling, get insider expertise and advisement, and hear a few stories from life in the kitchen. At the adjacent dining room tables ($80/person), take your lesson and put it to action.Tickets are all-inclusive of tax & gratuity and include hands-on pasta-making class, paired wine, and antipasti (and one-on-one interaction with Chef at Chef's Table).
