natural gas fireplace sell or trade for working lawn mower - - $50 - (Spotsylvania, VA)
This came out of a house I purchased as a rental. It was tested as part of the walk through but i was not there for it. I do not know anything about it, I could not find a name brand on it. I know it worked when It was removed. There was not a vent, so I assume 1 is not needed. It appears to have the fittings you need to hook it back up. Comes with the mantel you see in the picture. I removed it because I did not want to maintain it or have to replace it if it became broken down the line. Dimensions are: 31 1/4 high 36 wide 17 deep I am located 11mis west of central park right off of rt 3. Call or email Tom 703 618 XXXX.
