Tankless water heater Eemax 11.5kw used - $150 - (Griffin, GA)

Used Eemax 11.5kw tankless water heater. Does not appear to have been used much. No tape on threads so warranty should be able to be registered. Compression nuts and rings are missing. 1 of the 2 screws missing to cover. Heating element tests as good with a volt meter, but further tests (due to the need to completely install to test properly) were not done to make sure there's nothing else wrong with it. These retail for 4 hundred when new. Unit will heat roughly 2 to three gallons per minute, such as 2 showers running at the same time, or 1 washing machine and a hand sink.
