DESCRIPTION: Vintage Cellophane Tape Dispenser with marked holder. At one time this probably had a felt bottom, but has been replaced by paper. Circa 1930’s to 1950’s, came out of the old Massengill’s Department store Johnson City, Tennessee. Measures 9.75-inches long. Weighs 4.5 pounds by itself not including packing which will add a few pounds more. Condition: usage wear and scratches, felt bottom has worn away and been replaced by paper.
