Harmony Sovereign BUCK OWENS Acoustic Guitar. 01016 Model. 2005 Reissue. Extremely nice guitar. One of the most recognized guitars in music history! These were reissued in 2005 in limited numbers and distributed by Chicago Music Exchange music store. They were reissued as a tribute to the original Harmony Buck Owens model from the late-'60s to early '70s.Built pretty true to the original. These guitars sold pretty fast. Some used them to play, others bought them and put them in their collections, as they figured they'd increase in value. Due to major jump in value of the originals, these reissues have increased in value as well. This guitar is used and has signs some nicks and marks (see photos) It's fairly lightweight, is very resonant and sounds wonderful. As craftsmanship goes, these reissues are built extremely well. It's hard to find an original that's playable and in great condition, without paying $1500-$2000. You only see these Reissues come up for sale so often. People like to hold onto them. Sold as is, but I think you'll be very impressed and pleased with the way this looks, plays and sounds. Just a nice guitar.
