This lovely antique French dining set consists of a table with a nice apron surround, 4 beautiful chairs with French nailheads as well as a larger matching throne-like armchair. The set is beautifully turned and carved of solid walnut. The stunning set has two extension leaves (reproductions), which extend the table to either almost 6ft. or almost 8ft. There is plenty of room for a larger family gathering at Thanksgiving or Christmas. When the table is fully extended, it seats 10 people. Please have a look at all the photos to see the table without the extension leave as well as with one or two leaves extended. Any decorative items are not part of the offer. The furniture is antique and is not to be expected to be brand new. Due to dryness, a crack has opened up, this does not detract from the beauty of the furniture overall, though.
