Vintage Avon Ladybug Buttons on greeting card - $3 - (Fort Wayne, IN)

This is a 1984 Avon greeting card that comes with six red ladybug buttons that you can remove and use. Front reads "Special wishes and warmest hugs from six little ladybugs." Not sure what card says inside, if anything. Sealed in plastic. One button is loose inside packaging but the other five are still attached.
