Buffet Crampon Pre-R13 Vintage A Clarinet - $2,500 - (Buffalo, NY)

This Vintage Buffet Crampon Clarinet in the key of A has been completely restored with white kangaroo leather pads. Matching serial numbers (3445) date the horn to 1922. It is in remarkable shape for its age--absolutely no cracks and no visible wear to the key plating. Consistent with the pre-R13 vintage, antiquated features such as the non-beveled C#/G# tone hole, C#/G# flat spring, and single rod for the left hand pinky keys are present. The barrel is unmarked, so it may not be original, but it is a good fit. Thanks for looking and please ask any questions you have.
