This amp is comprised of an original 1959 Bassman chassis in a vintage (30 years+ old) THD tweed cabinet and four vintage Jensen Alnico P10Q speakers. The power transformer has been replaced with a vintage replacement and some capacitors and resistors have been changed, but most of the original circuit remains intact. The speakers are period correct with two dating to 1959 and the other two dating to 1957. A killer sounding amp with an authentic vintage Bassman sound that can’t be duplicated. Fat and woody clean tones and as you turn up this amp delivers a creamy saturation with a thick midrange and a harmonically rich top-end. The perfect Bassman for gigging!
