1964 Fender Vibroverb - $5,495 - (Seattle, WA)
1964 Fender VibroverbThe rare Vibroverb, popularized by Stevie Ray Vaughan, is one of the most sought after vintage amplifiers in the Fender line up, only being produced in late-1963 and 1964. This one is in good cosmetic condition, but has had the grill cloth replaced as well as the output transformer. Recently serviced and sounds excellent. Fitted with the original 15? JBL D130F speaker. This amp has a huge, glassy tone with a killer breakup when cranked. The 15? JBL gives the amp’s low end a superb quality and the top end stays clear and chimey even when overdriven. A great amp with a fantastic sound!
