Bourbon and Food Pairing - N.A. - (Pine Bluffs, WY)

We’re having an Ugly Sweater Christmas party! Don your best ugly sweater and come have good food and drink! Join us as we team up with catering by Megan Anderson for a delicious bourbon and food pairing. Each ticket includes three small plates paired with three small drinks (menu below), light appetizers, and all taxes/charges. Plate 1: Prosciutto Bite: Havarti cheese, red pepper slice, and braised pear wrapped in prosciutto - Paired with Lodgepole Creek Bourbon Plate 2: Smoked salmon on cracker with cream cheese tapenade and capers/dill - Paired with a Rye Old Fashioned Plate 3: Petit 4 in vanilla and maple/chocolate and orange- Paired with toasted coconut, pecan, and maple infused bourbon.
