Not sure who the manufacturer is. Tested the 3 cartridges, only monster chase and submarine work. Horror house suffers from LCD screen rot or bad polarized film. This seems to be a common problem with horror house. There was some corrosion in the battery compartment that I dremeled off. Submarine is missing its plastic bag and instructions. See photos for box conditions.
