Vintage New Old Stock & Still In The Package 12 Volt CB Radio Alternator Noise Filter ANF-3-U Rebel Electronics Montgomery, AL. This is sealed in the package and i am guessing from the 1970's, 80's possibly 90's. It has some discoloration on the outside of the sealed package as you can see in the pictures.
