RARE ROLAND CPM-120 POWERED COMPACT STEREO PA/MIXER!!! IN MINT CONDITION!!! - $500 - (Sonora, CA)
This Roland POWERED PA/Mixer, model CPM-120 is a MUST HAVE if you really want a warm vocal sound. It is in like new condition and I used it very little years ago. I soon switched to a different way of recording. At the time, I got a digital Mackie mixer, tried using voice through it and there was NO COMPARISON to the warm vocal sound of the Roland. At the time, I sacrificed vocal quality, which I shouldn't have. Later, I changed doing recording work so I never used this PA/Mixer. When it came out, it had a retail price of $995.00 and worth every penny. It has a built-in reverb but it is the spring type and I used a digital reverb. Many prefer the spring type--I don't. The images tell all. This is considered vintage but the sound quality is as good as it gets that come out of it. It is a small compact unit measuring 14-1/4 inches wide by 8-3/4 inches deep by 7-1/4 inches high in the back by 4-1/4 inches high in the front. It is a very heavy unit for its size and this tells you the quality built in. If you have any questions, please email me. I am starting this at what I consider a low price for a like new vintage unit that is not easy to find. Shipping is somewhat expensive because of its weight. The NET weight is 22 pounds plus the packing of it. Please understand that. I WILL BE SELLING MORE RARE RECORDING EQUIPMENT WHEN I HAVE TIME--SOON, I HOPE.
