FOUR Herend CHINESE BOUQUET RUST (AOG) 1527 Service Plates or Chargers * 11" Dia - $480 - (Ellington, CT)

From an estate in Westport, Connecticut, here are FOUR 11" round service plates (often called "Chargers") in the Herend (of Hungary...fine bone china) "Chinese Bouquet" pattern in the "rust" red color. The style number is 1527/AOG, and it can be found beneath the Herend logo on each plate. These are a full inch larger in diameter than the 10" dinner plates in this pattern. The plates are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. I would call them "near mint to mint." Even the surface of each plate looks shiny and without utensil marks or scratches. We have a total of 12 chargers (the owner of this set used the chargers as dinner plates...presumably to be able to comfortably fit a larger portion of food on the plate) and this auction is for one set of FOUR chargers.
