This is the Dive H2 underwater scooter by Hoverstar. Featuring a built in battery lasting up to 100 minutes, can dive to 18 meters deep, and can move up to 9 km/h. If you are a scuba diver or into snorkeling, this is an excellent way to cover more territory and see more while under water.
