The item is in new unused condition. There is minor storage wear present. This sale is for a brand new front assembly NOT full scooter. There is no battery, nor chair, nor back assembly of any kind. Return policy: all items sold new unopened must be returned new unopened in order for a refund to be given. To be returned all items pictured in listing must be returned in same condition as when sent. All electronics are marked in a special way when sent and to be returned for a refund must have that mark.
