Radio Shack Pro-404 200 Channel Scanner - $60 - (Thurmond, NC)
Very nice scanner that works properly as it should. No issues. There is some wear as should be expected from a used item. Includes yellow battery holder which is for rechargeable batteries ONLY, and it comes with those batteries. Great for power outages, especially with one-button instant access to all emergency services scan. Be prepared this winter and stay informed when the weather gets bad and the electric goes out. A proper AC adapter can be found here on ebay for cheap, the universal adapter I was using for this also charges other things I have so it is not included.
