Collar wrap dates to the early 1940s. Has slot to secure. Hat by Gartenhaus furs, Washington has a fresh not dated feel. Belt by Anna Bella's. Measurements: Wrap measures 6" at widest point x 39" overall. Hat; considered Medium size. Inside band measures 7 1/2 x 6 1/2".
