You are bidding on a used Luxfer 3000 psi standard 80 cubic foot aluminum scuba tank with standard yoke fitting and J-valve (built in air reserve). The J valve when in the 'up' position is designed to keep about 300 psi of air in the tank until needed, pulling it down allows the remaining 300 psi to be used. Always keeping it in the down position provides standard (K) valve function, your choice. Comes with a boot. Last Hydro tested 6/2018 good for 5 years until 6/2023. Made from aluminum 3AL DOT E6498 requires Visual+ Inspection It is your responsibility to make sure your dive shop offers Visual+ and will fill 3AL tanks before purchasing. Has standard yoke style connection. NOTE: I have another 'sister' tank to this one that has not been hydro tested recently if you need a pair. Please see my other listings. There is NO way to tell if a tank will pass visual+ so sold AS IS no returns/exchanges. Has flakes in paint job see pics. Ships only to lower 48 states.
