Vintage Broadbent Hybrids Cobb Ky 12" Glass Thermometer Cadiz Kentucky Trigg Co - $700 - (Liberty, KY)

Rare vintage Broadbent Hybrids, Cobb KY, 12" glass face thermometer. The thermometer hung for years inside the W. S. Allen Co. hardware and farm supply store here in downtown Liberty KY. I had been visiting the store as a customer since the 1950's and always admired this colorful thermometer which hung behind the checkout counter inside the store, away from direct sunlight and weather. When the business closed in the 1970's, the contents of the store were sold at auction, it has been in my personal collection ever since.
