~*~Hello and Welcome to the Textile Trunk~*~ LONG AND LOVELY ~*~ GORGEOUS set of 2 vintage French , Raw silk curtains and the matching valance! ~ This set is amazing, ideal for tall ceilings or also lovely for having shortened and using the additional fabric for pillows, upholstery projects etc ~ this set is 2 , HEAVY raw silk curtains with thick interlining and backed in natural cotton. This set is a wonderful Ivory tone, nubby surface with shimmery tone. The trim is a beautiful creamy ivory tone fringe, silk and cotton mix most likely . There are heavy metal, large hooks for hanging at the back ~ Amazingly wonderful condition, once in lifetime for sure! ( Please see my other textiles for a single, matching curtain ) (TT 71) MEASUREMENTS: These wonderful curtains measure: 36.5 inches wide at the top by 47 inches wide at the bottom. The length is 126 inches!! SO long! The valance measures : 76.5 inches wide by 14.5 inches deep ~ CONDITION: These textiles are in as found, unwashed condition with light storage dust, they have not been cleaned in the recent past ~ They are in gorgeous condition with some light storage marks on the backing . They are in wonderful condition for their age and have been stored beautifully for sure! Not without light signs of time and use, but stunning! They can be dry cleaned.
