Superb JP Limoges France Vase w/ Birds And Flowers Dragon Handles Artist Signed - $890 - (Chicago, IL)

Superb antique JP Limoges vase with very fine details and bright gold dragon handles, c. 1890-1932. The vase is entirely hand-painted with sparrows perched on pink flowering branches, all against a beautiful background with various shades of purple . The vase is signed by the artist M. Holicek. Condition: light gilt loss to one dragon’s spine, minor spot with loss of color to one brach ( please see white spot). There is a small chip to the underside of the base, otherwise in very good condition. Dimensions: H 9”, L 8”, W 4”
