This Authentic Antique Chinese Painting Table is Circa early of 19th century. The intricate carvings of “bird and flower" design decorate the spandrels of the table. The carvings are very delicate and three-dimensional. The panels on the sides of the table are carved with "calabash and leaves" design motif. The back of the table is carved with traditional "cloud" design. The table is hand crafted with wooden pegs and tenon structure; which is the very traditional craftsmanship for furniture making in ancient China. Can be used as library table, hallway table, or buffet Table. Original patina and wear. Made from elm wood with beautiful wood grain, table is very solid and has been kept in excellent condition.
