This Antique Chinese Altar Table is hand crafted with Elm Wood. Traditional Chinese "bird and flower" design is ornately carved on the front of the table. The side panels of the table is nicely carved as well. The wood plank used for the surface of is almost two inches thick. The table is crafted with wooden pegs and tenon structure; which is the very traditional craftsmanship for furniture making in ancient China. Can be used as Library Table, Hallway Table or even a Buffet Table. Excellent condition. Circa early of 19th century. Original patina and wear. Excellent condition.
