Lap Quilt Vintage Handed Quilted Pastel Colors Postage Stamp Pattern Need Repair - $23 - (Blue River, OR)

Lap quilt Front: Postage stamp pattern Back: solid; color is light mint green Binding; light lavender Pastel colors Hand quilted Approximately 41” by 36 1/2” Condition: Needs some TLC. In middle a small area (half an inch) the seam has come undone on a 9-patch square that needs mending (See Photo) Also, a 2 inch binding repair needs done and another place needs about 3 stitches to fix too. I wonder if the nine patch pattern is also hand stitched. It looks like it to me, but I don’t want to guarantee it. I’m not an expert. Thank you for viewing this charming lap quilt
