Up for your consideration is a very nice 1885-CC Morgan Silver dollar. The 1885 is the Rarest of the CC Morgans, with an initial population of only 228,000. A Choice Good G+ details from the Carson City mint with a hint of luster and a heavier golden toning. The obverse shows several of her upper hairlines, complete borders on the cotton balls, and a clear date. The reverse shows quite a few of the eagle wing feathers, and has some separation on the leaves in the wreath. The rims are in good shape, but does have a few bumps, but there is strong separation between the letters and rims. The fields are also quite clean. The surfaces are more shiny than anticipated, so she has had a cleaning at some point during her long life. A nice example of this rare CC coin, with a strong date and mintmark, and a very low population. This is a perfect opportunity to finally acquire this elusive Rare Morgan.
