I bought this brand new for my wife. We took it out of the box but absolutely never used it. I have now taken it out and charged it and powered it up with no problems. It is in like new condition. All original items are still in the box. The box top flap itself was a little bent by me when I first opened it. I know people sell ones that are “New in Box – Unopened”, but I don’t think I would sell something this valuable with out opening it and checking it out first.
