I'm certain it was not cheap and because I cannot find any brand name tags or any others like it online, I believe it was handmade. I think it is vinyl, I wouldn't be able to tell. It is too small to be used as a school book bag, but we used it to take dance shoes etc. to ballet class. I have only lightly cleaned this bag as I don’t know what cleaner would be best on this vinyl or other material bag.A few small marks.
