I remember using one very similar to this mobile for my babies! Guessing this is from the 70-80's. This does all work. The elbow part of the hanger is broken on one end but still holds in the holder. This music-box works good, most of the bees wings are either bent, taped, or ripped. This unit could use a cleaning. This is in the original box with the instructions too.
