New in box. The MobileAccess WB-B8U is a wide-band base unit that supports up to eight remote hub units using single-mode fiber cable. A radio interface unit and a base unit are the required front-end components in every 1000, 2000, or 2000 Lite MobileAccess distributed antenna system. This DAS base unit can drive up to eight remote hub units of any type: cellular, PCS, iDEN, UMTS, etc. All of these services can be driven from the same base unit. The base unit interfaces with the radio interface unit on one side and the remote hub unit, via a composite or fiber optic cable, on the other side. This base unit can hold up to eight transceivers. Purchase the DC power supply separately. Please note: a network controller is required to adjust the factory settings of the base unit. The MobileAccess distributed antenna system provides optimized indoor wireless coverage utilizing a fiber converter.
