C.H. WEBB ADDER MACHINE with BOX INSTRUCTION SHEET LETTER STAMP 1868 ADDING - $299 - (Alden, KS)

You are getting the exact items pictured. Please look at the pictures as they are the best description of condition. A rarely seen item and next to impossible to find with the original box and instruction sheet. First patent date of 1868 is on the big dial. This machine has original patina on the metal, never cleaned or polished. The box has had the corners taped long ago. The instruction sheet is also taped, but very well done. The lettering on the box top is faint, but readable with good light. There was a small lead stamp in the box. I think it corresponds to the "LETTER A NO 449 that is on the box top. I have no idea what this was for. The working condition is not known or guaranteed. Buyer agrees to pay the stated shipping charge of $15.00 for INSURED PRIORITY. I ship with tracking only for your safety and mine. Kansas buyers must pay a state & local sales tax charge of 6.50%. I will pay the rest of the tax due. Our small town post office closes at 11 AM on weekdays and is not open for mailing on Saturday.
