Adopt Siku a Tan/Yellow/Fawn Akita / Labrador Retriever / Mixed dog in - N.A. - (Dillsburg, PA)
This striking boy is Siku, a fifteen month Akita/Labrador mixture, and he heils from the nice state of Alaska! Within the 1st few months of his life he made a long trip to the continental United States and quickly found himself "for sale" in Pennsylvania. He was a very lovable and cuddly little pup and thus quickly adopted by a young teenager. She did not have the time or living situation to continue to care for him though, so he came to stay with us at The Canine Rescue of Central PA while he patiently waits for his FOREVER family (this time for real!) Siku is bright, young, intelligent, energetic and a fast learner! He has not been taught many manners though so he needs a strong leader who is willing to put in the time and effort to teach him "good" doggy habits. Siku would do best as the only pet in the family and should not go to a house with little kids given his size and energy level. Siku is housetrained, up-to-date on shots and neutered.
